Oxosan Foam 20 Litre

A concentrated liquid detergent & sanitizer designed for use through foaming equipment to remain on surfaces to promote soil suspension & emulsification to cut through grease, fats & organic matter as well as killing bacteria, fungi, & algae in abattoirs, meat plants or any industrial food processing area. Not suitable for galvanised metal, zinc, aluminium, aluminium alloys or painted surfaces.

Directions For Use

With foam generating equipment use at a concentration of up to 1 part detergent with 20 parts water or 3 – 5% depending on the degree of soiling. On stainless steel surfaces dilute at a minimum of 1:20. Allow up to 20 minutes contact time & rinse off with clean water using a pressure lance. Do not mix with other cleaners, particularly acid based cleaners.

Contains Potassium Hydroxide & Sodium Hypochlorite. Harmful if swallowed. May be corrosive to metals. Causes severe skin burns & eye damage. May cause respiratory irritation. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep only in the original container. Do not breathe mist/vapours/spray. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Use only outdoors or in a well ventilated area. Wear protective gloves & clothing, eye & face protection. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse out mouth immediately with water. Immediately call a poison centre or doctor/physician. IF ON SKIN: Remove contaminated clothing & rinse skin thoroughly with soap & water. Obtain medical attention if irritation persists. Wash contaminated clothing before re-use. IF INHALED: Remove immediately from source to fresh air. Obtain medical attention if any discomfort continues. IF IN EYES: Flush eyes with water, remove contact lenses if present & continue rinsing. Immediately call a poison center or doctor/physician. Absorb spillage to prevent material damage. Store locked up in a corrosive resistant plastic drum in a well ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations. Recover, reclaim or recycle, where possible.
