Oven and Grill Clean is an ecological, strongly alkaline oven and grill
cleaner for use in commercial kitchens and the food industry. Oven &
Grill Clean can be used to remove stubborn baked-on grease from
ovens, grills, steamers, frying pans, and deep-fat fryers. Oven & Grill
Clean adheres well to vertical surfaces to produce excellent cleaning
results. Oven & Grill Clean does not contain any perfumes or colouring
agents. The product is ideal for use on stainless-steel surfaces. Do not
use this product on soft metals such as aluminum, copper or zinc.
Before use, test the product on a small area of the material to check its
suitability. Oven & Grill Clean uses plant-based surfactants and is free
from chlorides and other halogens, phosphates and badly
biodegradable phosphate replacements, and petrochemical-based
surfactants. All ingredients from non-mineral origin are completely
biodegradable.
Instructions
1. Moisten the surface to be cleaned with the undiluted product
(surface must be cool). 2. Allow to work in for 10 to 30 minutes. 3. Use
a scouring pad or sponge to remove dirt. 4. Rinse thoroughly. In case of
heavy soiling, warm the appliance to 50 °C (maximum) before cleaning.
Use suitable gloves and safety glasses or goggles.
