DeBuyer Swing Plus Mandoline

Mandolin made of stainless steel and composite polymers.

For smooth or corrugated washers, Julienne cuts of 4 or 10 mm, embossed cut:
Double Julienne comb system of 4 and 10 mm.

Horizontal double blade system, micro-toothed and corrugated:
Micro-toothed side to cut all fruits and vegetables, even the softest and / or skinned ones such as tomatoes, oranges etc.
Serrated side for embossed cuts.

Total safety: Trolley and ergonomic composite push. Non-slip retractable foot. Gripping area on the blades.

Maintenance: hand washing of blades. The chassis is dishwasher safe.
