All-in-one design: riveted tilting latches. Not removable. Do not get lost.

Flat edge to border the dough of the pies crusts.

Easy to use: the developed serves as template for the dough, including pie. Easy demolding.

Perfect for pies, but also molded breads, special breads, brioche sausages, gingerbread or cakes salty or sweet.

May be associated with baking paper for some pasta.
